- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We offer standard shipping across India via trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location.
- Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Delays
- While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).
- We appreciate your patience in such cases.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
For lost packages, kindly allow 48 hours after the expected delivery date before reaching out.
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with photos and unboxing video for verification.
